Computer and Information Services

The Department of Information Services provides the College community with network support, internet connectivity, computer labs, communication services, and technical training. These services include all computers, servers, database systems, security and data networks on campus. The IT Helpdesk is also available to the College community for assistance with any technical problems.

Residence Halls

The College offers wired network ports as well as wireless networking in all residence halls. Students need to provide their own computers, software, and hardware to connect to the network, and will be required to follow some basic security guidelines to use the network.

 

Computer Labs

The College maintains computers and laser printers for student use in the following locations: The Library (118 2nd floor balcony and 118-31), Academic Advising and Support Center (Mall-05), the MBA Lounge (111-11), and 2 computer classroom labs (108-23 and 118-43). The lab in room 108-23 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
The computers are installed with Microsoft Windows 10 Education, Microsoft Office, and other educational software. 

Wireless Hotspots 

The College has wireless access located throughout campus and which is available to everyone. The student wireless network is an open, unsecured, wireless network service. It does not encrypt data.
