St. Georges University Pathway:

Fisher College has partnered with St. George's University to offer a medical pathway program for students with a strong interest in healthcare and a passion for making a difference. In the medical (MD) 3+4 program, students will spend their first three years at Fisher College in Boston and then continue their studies at St. George’s University.  After their first year of medical school, they may earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and will continue onto a medical (MD) at St. George's University.

In the 4+4 medical (MD), students complete a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Fisher College and then continue onto the MD at St. Georges University.  Below you can learn more about:

  1.  Students seeking the 3+4 medical option must meet all prerequisite course requirements for entry to SGU’s School of Medicine by the end of their 3rd year of study at Fisher. If the student maintains good standing for both terms at SGU, Fisher will award the Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.

  2. The 4+4 medical program allows ample time for the student to meet all prerequisite course requirements for admission to SGU. After completing the Bachelor of Arts Biology degree at Fisher, qualified students will proceed to Grenada and enter SGU’s School of Medicine.
