BS in Criminal Justice Program Curriculum 

Establish a strong theoretical and practical understanding of the components of law enforcement and corrections, including courses on investigations, criminal court proceedings, and criminal justice statistics and research methods. In this program, you also examine topics like deviance and social control, ethics and the criminal justice system, sociology, and criminology, and you gain hands-on experience in your senior seminar and internship.

Admission Requirements

Apply online to start your journey at Fisher! As part of your application, we request your high school transcript(s) along with optional materials like SAT/ACT scores, letters of recommendation, and a personal essay.

We admit students on a rolling basis. To begin your studies in the fall semester, apply anytime starting in November of the previous year. To enroll in the spring semester, applications open in September of the previous year.

Degree Pathways


Students who have earned 45+ college credits are encouraged to inquire about the Degree Completion Program (DCP). 

Students who have completed the Police Academy may be eligible for credits through Prior Learning Assessment.

Police Career Incentive Pay Program


Fisher College is accredited with the Police Career Incentive Pay Program (PCIPP). Police officers can earn degrees in law enforcement and criminal justice. The PCIPP provides educational incentives for regular full-time officers in participating cities and towns through salary increases.
