The Human Resources Office provides leadership and guidance in the administration and strategic planning of recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits, and compliance. The Office strives to balance the needs of the employees and the needs of the College through the development and implementation of policies, programs, and services.

Such access may include, but is not limited to, admissions, recruitment, financial aid, academic programs, student treatment and services, counseling and guidance, discipline, classroom assignment, grading, vocational education, recreation, physical education, athletics, housing and employment. When brought to the attention of the College any such discrimination will be promptly and fairly addressed.
