About the Accounting Concentration  

The Bachelor of Science in Management degree, with a concentration in Accounting, is designed to immerse students in both accounting theory and practical application. Throughout the program, you'll develop essential skills to identify, measure, communicate, and interpret economic information effectively.

Graduates can pursue rewarding positions in public accounting, tax preparation, management accounting, and financial consulting, among others. Program Requirements 


Accounting Career Track 

Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Accounting have found success at renowned “Big Four” accounting firms, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and various corporations and not-for-profit organizations. They embark on diverse career paths, taking on roles such as senior tax associate, audit associate, financial analyst, manager, and corporate accountant. 

Our program is designed to prepare you for a wide range of opportunities in accounting, finance, academia, and even law enforcement, including roles as FBI and IRS Special Agents. With the solid foundation provided by your studies, you’ll be well-equipped to excel in graduate programs, such as an MBA or MSA, should you choose to pursue further education.
