RHIA Examination Prep Course

Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)

This online, 8-week RHIA exam preparation course is designed as a comprehensive review of health information administration, regulations and standards in preparation for the RHIA national credentialing examination through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Additional topics covered include test-taking tips, preparing quality resumes and cover letters, and honing job interview skills to secure employment in the healthcare industry.

Participants will be able to:

Apply entry-level RHIA curriculum competencies through practice mock examinations that are focused on the RHIA examination domains.
Develop a study plan and apply test-taking techniques to prepare for the credential examination.
Create a resume and cover letter to apply for future job positions. Develop strategies to prepare for job interviews.
Work with a course instructor in Blackboard and Collaborate as students completing the online review

Cost: $500 ($250 to retake entire prep course)
