Our MBA program accommodates different learning preferences and schedules. Choose from:

Online MBA: Study remotely with a flexible format that allows you to complete your degree in as little as 14 months or at a pace that fits your professional commitments.

On-Campus MBA: This program can be completed in as little as 10 months of full-time study for those seeking an accelerated path to an MBA. Students who prefer a more flexible pace can spread the program over two years, allowing them to balance their academic, professional, and personal commitments.

A Curriculum Designed for Strategic Leadership

In our MBA curriculum, you take 11 core courses (10 core courses for the online program) and three additional courses in Strategic Leadership or three courses in your chosen concentration to increase skill acquisition, improve business strategy, and inspire professional growth. Our program curriculum reimagines traditional business education by taking a case-based approach, allowing you to put theoretical principles into practice and gain experiential knowledge.

Artificial Intelligence

This concentration is designed for professionals across various fields who want to leverage AI technologies to enhance their roles and drive innovation within their organizations. Whether looking to optimize operations, enhance decision-making, or innovate new products and services, this concentration provides essential AI knowledge and skills without requiring a technical background. Students will develop skills to manage AI projects effectively, leveraging their strategic and creative skills. The curriculum emphasizes the critical role of leaders who can ethically guide AI initiatives, identify opportunities, and stay updated on rapid advancements.

In addition to the MBA learning outcomes, students in this concentration will develop the ability to:

Critically assess the limitations and capabilities of AI technologies to ensure AI-driven business solutions align with organizational objectives.

This concentration is offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities. All courses within the program are delivered by faculty employed by partner institutions in the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education. Oversight of courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Fisher College. Students register through Fisher College and receive academic credit from Fisher College.

Business Analytics

This concentration is designed for professionals to get into the world of business analytics and enhance their strategic decision-making skills, regardless of their background or work experience. In this concentration students will learn how to leverage data to drive business outcomes, communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences, and integrate data into strategic planning. Whether planning to lead data-driven initiatives, improve organizational performance, or simply boost data literacy, this program provides the essential skills and knowledge to meet those goals within the competitive business environment.

Cybersecurity

This concentration is designed with the Workforce Framework for Cybersecurity (NICE Framework) in mind, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared for in-demand roles in Oversight and Governance (OG) and Protection and Defense (PD). This concentration equips students with the technical literacy needed to understand and manage cybersecurity threats but also emphasizes the soft skills crucial for effective leadership. The program fosters a big-picture thinking about cyber management and strategy, preparing students to protect their organizations from the most pressing threats and cybercrimes. MBA Cybersecurity concentration is an ideal choice for those looking to make a significant impact in the cybersecurity field. Finance

The Finance Concentration is designed to prepare students for real-world careers in the ever-evolving financial landscape. With a focus on practical skills and industry insights, whether students are aiming for a career in corporate finance, investment banking, or fintech. the finance specialization emphasizes the importance of broad “numeracy” – the ability to work with numbers. Being able in an interview to talk about one’s ability with numbers and spreadsheets is invaluable—and this course will prepare students to demonstrate their numeracy through building spreadsheet models to analyze and forecast company financial results. Students will also learn about to cutting-edge financial innovations, including cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
