Urban Self Defense focuses on physical fitness and how to protect yourself in an urban environment.  The course is designed to increase your physical fitness and train you in five defensive tactics in an urban setting.  This training will build your self-esteem, self-confidence and awareness to deal with your personal safety.  The course is taught by trained instructors.  The five defensive tactics taught are:
  • Body Language
  • Verbal Defense
  • Physical Defensive Tactics
  • Submission Techniques
  • Defensive Proficiency
