Public Police Log
The FCPD produces a written daily log that is available to the public, as required by the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, 20 USC 1092 (f), 34CFR668.46 ("The Clery Act") and Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 98F.
The purpose of the daily log is to provide information about valid complaints of criminal and other significant incidents occurring on campus to members of the College community, which might be relevant for their safety and security.
Information from the FCPD log can be found in two locations. The official log is kept at the FCPD Main Office, 116 Beacon Street, Boston. The official log is updated as new information becomes available. Although the FCPD attempts to make the electronic version of the log as accurate as possible at the time of posting, it is not the official police log. The written daily log is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am through 3:00 pm at the campus police desk.
