When will my books be available?
They are usually available a month prior to each semester and are now available for the Fall 2011 courses.
What if I don't have internet access?
You can also fax your order to 800-621-4187 or call us at 877-827-2665.
Where will the books be shipped?
All orders can be shipped to your home or another address provided.
How will shipping be handled?
Orders ship via FedEx.
Can I return the books?
Follett Virtual Bookstores will accept book returns up to 30 days from purchase or from the first day of class, whichever is later. Call 877-827-2665 for return authorization and processing.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Check, Money Order and some students qualify for an account Voucher (see the College Bursar or campus representative to secure a voucher if your financial aid is all completed)
