Yoga Club
Each academic year yoga styles may change (Classic, Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini) providing different experiences for students. Most yoga classes work on the untapped energy of the body. Classes begin with warm-up stretches for the spine which improve flexibility followed by a sequence of poses that focuses on a specific area of the body.
