MG441 Business Policy and Strategic Management
Prerequisites: Completion of 90 credits required for the Management degree or permission of Program Director, and MG 321.
In this course students learn strategy analysis, strategy, and policy formulation. Through case studies students analyze problems in formulating, implementing, measuring, and adjusting strategy to ensure profitability and/or effectiveness in organizations. The course incorporates team-based projects, which are intended to provide a practice oriented emphasis, enabling students to build knowledge and skills to better understand how organizations function and succeed.
