HM430 Strategic Planning and Organizational Management in Healthcare
Prerequisites: HM231 with a grade of C or better and an AS in HIT from an accredited program.
This course focuses on developing strategic and operational plans in healthcare. Students will apply general principles in the administration of health information services. In addition, students will use project management tools to redesign work processes.
