CAREER SERVICES AND EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
Barbara joined the Fisher College Career Services team in February 2014, and is committed to helping students and alumni prepare for and develop their career plans. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Spanish and a Master of Public Administration degree from Clark University. Prior to working at Fisher College, Barbara was the Assistant Director in Clark University's Career Services office and managed employer relations. Previously, Barbara worked as a counselor in the mental health field and spent several years working abroad in Taiwan.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, EMPLOYER RELATIONS
Dodie joined the Fisher College Career Services team in January 2018. She enjoys assisting students and alumni with their future career aspirations. Dodie is a double Providence College Friar: she completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Management and her Master of Education in Counseling with a concentration in Higher Education. Dodie has worked in the field of higher education in various capacities including career and cooperative education counseling at Northeastern University and admissions at Northeast Maritime Institute.
Lauren comes to Fisher College with background in career and internship advising, program development, and fundraising. While Lauren’s primary role is placing students in internships required for the HIT/HIM programs, she also spends time in Career Services and is available for resume and cover letter critiques, mock interviews, and general career guidance. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Rhode Island and Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Boston College.
