Start a Chapter or Club
Alumni know that the spirit of camaraderie, commitment, and enthusiasm for Fisher College only grows stronger with time.
Alumni Chapters and Clubs help to keep that spirit growing, and keep you in touch with your alma mater. The primary objective of Alumni Chapters and Clubs is to promote and sustain strong ties with one another and with Fisher.
The loyalty and dedicated work of members on behalf of the College are greatly appreciated, not only by staff and graduates, but also by current students who are enjoying their own "Fisher experience."
Join or Organize a Chapter or Club
Your participation in regional events enhances Fisher's presence and reputation in your community. A Chapter/Club can "represent" a grouping of cities or towns, a region, or even an entire state, or a common interest (volunteering or cultural activities and gatherings.)
Get involved in a Chapter/Club, rekindle old friendships, make professional connections, and volunteer. From social gatherings to informative lectures, Fisher encourages continued interest in the College while fostering personal and professional ties.
Fisher alumni from any area who are interested in joining or organizing a Chapter/Club should contact the Alumni Relations Office or call 617-670-4419.
What are the requirements of starting a Fisher Alumni Chapter/Club?
• Enthusiasm and willingness of several individuals to take on the organizational initiative and sustain it;
• One or two individuals to serve as the contact point(s) for alumni or prospective students, and to liaison with the College's Office of Alumni Relations.
• The interest of a nucleus of Fisher alumni and friends to participate in planned activities;
• Host one event - with the support of the Office of Alumni Relations - in your region. You define the event, whether that is a visit to a cultural destination, sporting event, coffee, or a volunteer project - it's up to you.
The Office of Alumni Relations will support you and your efforts.
