Besides traditional high school teaching, Dr. Siciliano spent many years in special education. He has been part of an alternative high school and has established several middle school self-contained class rooms.

For the past several semesters, Dr. Siciliano has been researching classroom participation. He has presented his results with his student at the Faculty Spring Convocation.

Teaching Philosophy
"Because of the intimacy and size of Fisher College, an educator can create a situation in which learning becomes the norm; in which participation becomes the norm; and in which students develop skills, acquire knowledge, and become eager to display them."
