Academic Advising

Advising is an interactive relationship between an advisor and student that helps to identify and achieve short and long term educational and career goals. Advisors empower students to make appropriate decisions with regard to his or her interests, goals, abilities, and particular degree requirements. Students may find their advisor by logging in to their MyFisher account and selecting their degree audit. The advisor's name is printed on the top portion of the degree audit.

Students and advisors work together in a variety of ways.

Please contact your advisor to schedule an appointment during your advisor's office hours if you need assistance in any of the above areas.
