Declaration/Change of Major
Declaration of Major
All degree- or certificate-seeking students must declare a major before or at the completion of 15 semester hours. However, a student must declare a major to be eligible for financial assistance.
Change of Major
A student may change his or her major only after consulting with and submitting written notification to the Chief Academic Officer or Site Coordinator. If the student has previously received transfer credits, he or she may request a re-evaluation of credits awarded based upon the newly declared major.
