The Office of the College Registrar is responsible for maintaining student academic records, ensuring students are complying with all academic regulations and policies, and ultimately certifying eligibility for graduation.

During students' enrollment at Fisher, they can utilize the Registrar's Office for:

Requesting Transcripts
Transcript request forms can be obtained in the Office of the Registrar. You may also print this transcript request form (pdf) and either submit it to the Office of the Registrar in person or mail it to Registrar, Fisher College, 118 Beacon Street, Boston, MA 02116. There is a $10 fee for normal processing procedures, which take 3-5 business days. If you would like same day service, the fee is $15. Please be sure to include the fee with your transcript request form; checks should be made payable to Fisher College.

Transfer Students
Students who are transferring into Fisher from another College may receive transfer credit. Transfer students must submit an official copy of their prior college course work. This transcript should be sent to the Registrar's Office for evaluation and a copy of credits awarded will be sent to the student's home address. It is best to have this transcript sent prior to the pre-registration day you have selected since the awarding of transfer credit may greatly affect the selection of your fall courses.

Credit by Examination
Fisher College offers credit for satisfactory scores on certain AP and CLEP exams. For more information, visit our Credit by Examination page.

Students' Rights and Responsibilities
Official registration occurs at the beginning of each semester. In order to be eligible for registration, students must have tuition payments made, immunization records must also be filed with the Health Clinic, and all Library obligations must be met. A late registration fee of $25 may be charged to anyone who does not officially register at the scheduled times. A pre-registration is scheduled in the fall and spring of each year for returning students for advance course selection. Students may be blocked from pre-registration if there are any outstanding obligations to the College.
