The Computer Technology Certificate is a shorter version of the Associate Degree program with the same name. All courses in the Certifi cate program will be accepted in the Associate degree program.
The Certificate program is ideal for a person who can only commit the equivalent of one academic year to their studies or who has earned college credits in a different academic program. It does not include some of the general business and liberal arts courses of the longer degree program.
The specialized and focused nature of the computer courses off ered in the certifi - cate program should assist a bright, hardworking individual in getting a job in a computer environment.
