Fisher College 403(b) Retirement Plan

All college employees, inclusive of part-time employees and adjunct faculty members, are eligible to participate in the Fisher College 403(b) Retirement Plan.*
 
The Fisher College 403(b) Retirement Plan is administered by a team of Fisher employees (the Fisher College 403B Retirement Trust Committee) with the assistance of Sentinel Pension Advisors, Inc. (fiduciary plan advisors under ERISA § 3(21)), and with TIAA-CREF as the custodian of funds. 403(b) Enrollment Instructions and Authorization Form

The attached Enrollment Instructions and Authorization Form provide employees with basic retirement plan information, detailed instructions for creating a retirement account with TIAA-CREF, and a “Deferral Authorization Form” required to be completed by all Plan participants. For questions regarding these forms and Instructions, please contact the Fisher College 403(b) Primary Plan Administrator.
 
  
 

403(b) Summary Annual Report and Disclosures

The attached reports and disclosures are required to be distributed annually to all eligible Fisher College Retirement Plan participants. For questions regarding these documents, please contact the Fisher College 403(b) Primary Plan Administrator. Additionally, a “Summary Plan Description” (SPD), the detailed formal document outlining the Retirement Plan design, will be provided upon request to the Primary Plan Administrator.
