Posted On: 3/4/2014 9:49:00 AM

With March being the  anniversary of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum heist, Anthony Amore, Director of Security for the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, will join us as part of Fisher College’s “Lessons Learned” speaker series. Mr. Amore is responsible for the security and protection of the museum and coordinating with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to recover the 13 works of art stolen from the museum on March 18, 1990. Prior to joining the Gardner Museum, Mr. Amore spent 14 years with the federal government in the law enforcement and security field. Most recently, he served with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration as a key adviser to the Federal Security Director at Logan International Airport in Boston. Mr. Amore served as the Operations Officer and oversaw the training, equipping, and deployment of more than 1000 federal screeners.  He will also be teaching a Criminal Justice course in Homeland Security course at Fisher this Spring.

Please join us March 26 at 12:30 at 116 Beacon St., Boston to hear Anthony Amore speak. All are welcome and the event is free of charge. Looking forward to seeing you there!
