The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation (AH&LEF) is the not-for-profit, charitable-giving, and fund raising affiliate of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA). For more than 50 years, the Foundation has been the primary source of financial support for industry-related scholarships and research. In recent years, AH&LEF's mandate has expanded to include funding to launch and maintain school-to-career and workforce development initiatives in order to attract and retain more employees to our industry. Hispanic Scholarship Fund
The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) is the nation's leading organization supporting Hispanic higher education. Founded in 1975 as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, HSF's vision is to strengthen the country by advancing college education among Hispanic Americans. In support of its mission to double the rate of Hispanics earning college degrees, HSF provides the Latino community more college scholarships and educational outreach support than any other organization in the country. During the 2007-2008 academic year, HSF awarded almost 4,100 scholarships exceeding $26.6 million. In its 33-year history, HSF has awarded in excess of 86,000 scholarships, worth more than $247 million, to Latinos attending nearly 2,000 colleges and universities in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

HSMAI Foundation Scholarship Program
The HSMAI Foundation, which has been providing scholarships to students pursuing a career in hospitality sales and marketing since 1983, awards merit scholarships to full-time students in the Baccalaureate/Graduate Degree Candidate category, and merit scholarships to part-time students pursuing Associate, Baccalaureate or Graduate Degrees.

Massachusetts Convention Center Authority
The MCCA's Hospitality Scholarship Program encourages professional development within the visitor and hospitality industry by awarding scholarships to Massachusetts high school seniors who are graduating from an accredited high school or college students who are currently enrolled as hospitality industry majors at a two- or four-year accredited higher education institution. Four scholarships of $2,500 each are available annually to Massachusetts residents-two from Boston and two from other areas of the Commonwealth.
