Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is to bring my enthusiasm for the HIM field into the classroom to engage the students. By creating an atmosphere that encourages participation and involvement, I want to assist my students in making the connections between the classroom material and the working environment. My role is to facilitate the learning process to help students gain the necessary skills to become active participants in their own learning and to help them remain active in their pursuit of the profession.
