To begin your research, just select a database from one of the subject areas below. Many of the articles in these databases are full-text, which means you can view and print the entire article from your computer!

Remote access to databases from the Boston Public Library is available.

All members of the Fisher College community (students, faculty, staff) can access databases from the Boston Public Library, remotely and on campus, using a Fisher College Library barcode.

Databases with the icon are available for remote use. If you are not using the campus computer network, you are considered a remote user. When you click on the database you want to access, you will be prompted to enter a number. You can enter either your student ID number, or your Fisher College Library barcode.

If you do not have a Fisher College ID card: You can find your student number on your computer-generated course schedule, degree audit, or grade report from the College. Your student number begins with "770." You may need to add "00" at the end of it, to gain access. If you are a member of the Fisher College community (student, faculty, or staff) and you would like a Fisher College Library barcode, please contact us at library@fisher.edu* Note: Your Fisher College Library barcode begins with "256."
